Why did I choose this particular subject?
As a Psychology major, I have been exposed to a variety of therapeutic techniques; among them: Cinematherapy, Art Therapy, Aromatherapy, and Bibliotherapy... etc. Although the other therapy types are interesting in their own right, Bibliotherapy combines the best of both worlds: literature and self-help.
